Park Rules

Guests:

• 11:00AM Check Out and NOON Check In.
• Additional night will automatically be charged to all guests checking out after Noon without prior approval. No Exceptions.
• State Law forbids any waste water to run on the ground. Grey water and sewer dump
facilities must be used.
• Quiet Hours 10PM - 8AM. Report problems or disturbances promptly to office.
• Campfires are only permitted in designated fire rings and must be attended until
extinguished.
• Do not move Fire Rings or Picnic Tables.
• Sites must be kept neat and clean. Please pick up Cigarette Butts and Trash.
• Fireworks, firearms, slingshots and BB guns are strictly prohibited.
• Utilities or fixtures damaged by guests or visitors will be charged to occupants.
• An adult must accompany children under 14.
• Speed limit is 5 MPH
• No off-road vehicles to be driven or started in the park.
• No washing of RV’s or vehicles on property.
• No skateboards or bikes on sidewalks.

Visitors:

• Visitors must park in visitor parking
• Tenants are responsible for visitors
• All Visitors must Check In

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Rates are subject to change without notice. Actions amounting to nuisance, hazardous conduct or excessive speed may be cause for dismissal. If dismissed from park, “No Refunds.”
